COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Creator Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of the creator marketing strategy by managing relationships with creators, overseeing daily operations of campaigns led by creators, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. This position involves working closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to build and sustain strong relationships with creators, facilitate campaign execution, and assist with event activations. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and comply with the brand’s global standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, particularly in campaign management.
Strong communication and relationship management skills, with an aptitude for building and sustaining positive relationships with creators.
Experience overseeing the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance monitoring.
Proficiency in CRM systems and campaign management tools, with the capability to track and report on campaign performance.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
