Description Manages education provider program operations and provides users’ support for National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI’s) credentialing and education programs. Supports NAAEI credentialing processes, such as client application, issuance of credential, and administration of renewals, following policies, procedures and quality assurance measures. Manages the operations of the corporate, workforce development, college and university and national training programs to enable affiliates, partners and member companies to deliver NAAEI credentials to members and employees. Supports education programs by creating and implementing registration systems and maintaining website updates. Principal Accountabilities Education Provider Operations Management Manages the operations of corporate, workforce development, college and university and national training programs to ensure training programs are administered following NAAEI’s policies and procedures. Administers and manages operations of programs, including billing, registration, compliance, troubleshooting, and post-course completion activities. Provides support related to credentials to training partners including leading trainings, developing and managing resources and standard operating procedures, and managing communications. Manages education provider processes in NAAEI’s credentialing management system, including class set-up and closing, materials ordering, roster management, reporting and troubleshooting. Supports the management of and troubleshoots issues related to student eBooks and print materials. Provides support to NAA Affiliate education providers, similar as above. Website and Application Management Manages NAAEI website updates and coordinates with team members to ensure updates are timely and accurate. Manages the creation and implementation of education and leadership development program applications and registration systems. Supports NAAEI Credential Programs Supports client enrollment, credential, and renewal processes in NAAEI’s credentialing management system. Serves as the primary backup for the Specialist position and second-tier escalation point of contact to support customer services inquiries. Manages NAAEI event calendar and Zoom call set up and registrations to support credentialing and education activities. Manages online course calendar for education provider classes being offered and listed on the NAAEI website. Supports report generation and data management efforts, including running data integrity reports and assisting with reconciliation and accuracy verification. Supports credentialing, education and workforce development programs as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Travel: Some travel is expected for this position. Requirements 3+ years working with Salesforce, CRM or other similar AMS. 3+ years of experience working in program management. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated skill proficiency in related management of education and training programs. Ability to multitask, excellent organizational and relationship skills. Preferred Education and Experience: Experience in credentialing operations and customer service. Experience working with credential management software. Experience working in an association. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
