We're seeking an experienced Manager, Credit Approvals Level 2 to join our Credit Risk team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our Country Banking portfolio.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Credit Risk leadership team, you will be responsible for the approval and assessment of rural credit proposals and loan requests within delegated authority. Working closely with frontline Rural Banking teams, you'll provide expert credit guidance while ensuring lending decisions align with Rabobank's risk appetite, credit policy, and customer-focused approach.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assess and approve rural lending applications within delegated authority.
n
- Review new lending requests, increased facilities, annual reviews, excesses, and loan variations.
n
- Provide guidance to Relationship Managers and Rural Banking teams on credit submissions and account strategies.
n
- Support and influence stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of credit applications.
n
- Prepare recommendations for higher delegated authorities where required.
n
- Ensure timely turnaround of applications in accordance with service level agreements.
