COLLABORATION & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them translate complex models into clear, strategic insights
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives and training sessions

5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MODEL DEVELOPMENT, MODEL VALIDATION, CONSULTANCY, OR FINANCE, WITH A TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERING TANGIBLE RESULTS

  • A strong vision for high-quality model development, with an eagerness to challenge the status quo and improve industry standards.
  • Deep knowledge of credit risk regulations (e.g., EBA Guidelines) or Data Management regulations, using this expertise to help clients navigate complexity
  • A quantitative or financial MSc degree (Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science)

EXCELLENT ENGLISH AND DUTCH COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • A proactive and resilient mindset, ready to embrace responsibility, push boundaries, and raise the bar for what’s possible
  • A strong ethical framework, built on accountability, collaboration, and a belief in the power of teamwork - because no one succeeds alone
  • For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation, therefore we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands
Responsibilities

As part of our Financial Services team, your work will focus on IRB (Internal Ratings-Based) models, ensuring regulatory compliance and stress testing. Beyond compliance, you’ll go beyond expectations to help clients translate complex risk frameworks into actionable strategies.
