We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Key Responsibilities Credit Risk Assessment – Evaluate the financial health of new and existing customers to determine credit worthiness and assign appropriate credit limits Credit Policy Implementation – Enforce and maintain company’s credit policy, ensuring consistency in credit standards and risk management practices Customer Due Diligence – Conduct thorough background checks for new clients to mitigate credit risk Credit Limit Management – Establish and adjust credit limits based on risk assessment Debt Collection Oversight – Manage overdue accounts and implement strategies to minimize bad debts Manage WIP Billing – Manage all aspects of keeping regions accountable to reduction in billing targets and timely invoicing of customers Risk Monitoring & Reporting – Monitor reports to identify risk and provide insights to management team Effective stakeholder management Support Net Working Capital (DSO / DPO) Automation and Process Improvement Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 5 years in credit risk management within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Business or related field Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade regulations, supply chain financing, and credit risk management best practices Technology Proficiency: Experience with credit risk management tools, CRM systems and data analytics platforms What moves you?
