Job Purpose This Role is within the Product management group and involves extensive coordination with stakeholders for built in process management framework at organisational level Job Location Thane - Mumbai Role Process Manager Key/ Primary Responsibility of the Role Job functions include :    Understand business and services operations functions thoroughly and work with senior management in establishing right process and enhancing mechanism for Process Quality across the organisation.   Review existing processes based on Internal audit observations, customer service issues, regulatory changes, process digitalisation etc.   Periodic updation and evaluation of existing processes, identifying areas of improvement   Create new processes wherever process gaps are identified or upon introduction of new regulatory guidelines.   Updation of policy guidelines, manual of instruction and issuance of circular guidelines inline with regulatory guidelines.   Experience in driving process change management projects in coordination with multiple stakeholders   Excellent Problem Solving and communication skills Education  Bachelors or Master’s degree  System Knowledge  Preferably MS office, Visio, SFDC Minimum Work Experience 2+ Years experience as a Process Manager. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
