• 기관 투자자 대응 및 보고 자료 작성 • 국내 투자자 신규 펀드 마케팅 • 국내 물류센터 투자 펀드 전략, 구조 설계 및 실행 • 펀드 투자제안서(IM) 작성, 시장조사, 분석 및 펀드 전략 수립 • 실사기관(법률, 세무 등) 조율, 검토 및 보고서 작성 • 계약서(투자계약서, PPM, LPA 등) 검토 및 협의 • 해외 부동산 펀드 관리 및 투자자 대응 • 상기 업무 외 부동산 투자 펀드 관련 업무 전반 • Manage investor relations and prepare for reporting materials • Market new fund investment materials to new domestic investors • Design and execution of fund investment strategy, structure • Preparation of investment proposal (IM), market research, analysis, and establishment of fund strategy • Coordination, review, and report preparation of due diligence agency (legal, tax etc.) • Review and negotiation of contracts (Investment agreement, PPM, LPA, etc.) • Manage overseas real estate investment fund and investor relations • General work related to real estate investment fund management in addition to the above work • 부동산 투자/운용 관련 근무 경력자 • Excel 재무 모델링 필수 • 국내외 4년제 대학교 학사 이상 • 우수한 영어 능력 (written & verbal) • 관련 법규상 채용 결격사유가 없는 자 • 신입 또는 3년 이하 경력자 • Experience in real estate investment and/or asset management • Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (required) • Bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic or international four-year university • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • No disqualifying factors under relevant laws and regulations for employment • Entry-level to up to 3 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

The manager will be responsible for managing investor relations and preparing reporting materials, as well as marketing new fund investment materials to domestic investors. Additionally, they will design and execute fund investment strategies and coordinate due diligence processes.
