We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven, and culturally connected leader with strong partnership and collaboration management instincts who can identify and develop impactful opportunities across brands, individuals, creators, and platforms. You will oversee the regional culture and collaborations pipeline while leading cross-functional partnership execution that brings compelling experiences and storytelling to life. Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead the regional culture and collaborations strategy, building a pipeline of brands, individuals, creators, and platforms that strengthen brand affinity and cultural relevance. • Oversee partnership opportunities across merchandise collaborations, sponsorships, events, campaigns, and strategic brand partnerships from concept through execution. • Define partnership strategy, campaign narrative/thematics, and activation approach for collaboration programs while ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives. • Lead account and relationship management with all culture and collaboration third parties, with a particular focus on priority and high-profile partnership accounts. • Partner closely with internal creative, marketing, digital, category, communications, and operations teams to bring collaboration programs and experiences to market with excellence. • Manage external agencies and vendors supporting partnership design, production, merchandise development, creative execution, and activation delivery. • Develop strategic briefs and partnership frameworks that align internal stakeholders and external partners around objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. • Oversee partnership negotiations, timelines, budgets, approvals, and executional standards across multiple concurrent collaboration initiatives. • Monitor market, customer, cultural, and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities and continuously evolve the regional culture and collaborations strategy. • Analyze partnership and collaboration performance, synthesizing insights into recommendations that improve future effectiveness and brand impact. Required Experience • 7-10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, integrated marketing, business development, or related disciplines—preferably within retail, consumer brands, lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, or food & beverage industries. • Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, or co-branded campaigns. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering closely with creative, production, and marketing organizations to bring programs to life. • Experience managing external creative, production, merchandise, or experiential vendors and agencies. • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
