Manager Customer Development (CD) IT About the position We are seeking a dynamic Manager - Customer Development (CD) IT in Sri Lanka to oversee and manage IT infrastructure, develop strategies, and ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, and networks. This role is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and reports locally to the Channel and Customer Marketing and CD Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the AMEA IT Business Lead. What you will do Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and servers Ensure system availability and security compliance Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals Lead IT team and coordinate with other departments for IT requirements Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Advanced IT skills including programming and database management Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI).
