Responsibilities Grow the business within current key strategic clients, new services for existing clients, and increase share of wallet. Develop teams in growing relationships with new business and sector accounts across the region. Meet/exceed targets for new business revenue from existing customers. Schedule, prepare, and facilitate regular leadership meetings with customers (QBR, QBP, TEM). Manage customer contract negotiations. Ensure service levels are met in line with contractual commitments. Drive net growth by winning additional and retaining existing business. Measure and manage the overall performance of all functional partners for customers against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPIs). Requirements Min 6-8years of experience in Logistics/Supply chain industry Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills at all management levels. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead multiple divisional operations and functions within the country. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong leadership and team development skills. Ability to drive and improve performance of operations. Effective communication and coordination skills.
