You’ll work closely with senior leaders to uncover customer trends, identify performance gaps, and shape strategies that boost sales, margin, and retention.
This role goes beyond technical analytics - it’s about using customer intelligence to unlock commercial opportunities, support business development, and drive engagement across key channels.
