As the Customer Support Manager, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of talented Customer Support professionals.

Responsibilities

As our Manager Customer Support, you will be accountable for:

  • Supporting and guiding the Customer Support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Managing daily operations to ensure timely, high-quality customer support
  • Developing and implementing strategies that improve service delivery, strengthen team workflows, and build long-term customer trust.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and using insights to support team learning and continuous improvement.
  • Handling escalated customer issues with empathy and urgency.
  • Collaborating across departments to provide a seamless and unified customer journey.
  • Providing training, mentoring, and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential and embody our customer-centric mindset
