Job Title: Manager, Cyber Intel (ISSM)Job Code: 27069Job Location: Palm Bay, FLJob Schedule: 9/80 REG   Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support the cybersecurity needs of our classified government systems. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of the Senior ISSM and take the lead in implementing and overseeing all aspects of cybersecurity compliance. You'll be responsible for managing RMF processes, developing and maintaining key security documentation (like SSPs, POA&Ms, SOPs, and system profiles), and supporting a team of ISSOs to ensure we meet all U.S. government requirements, including ICD503, JSIG, NIST, and contract-specific guidelines. You’ll play a hands-on role in monitoring systems, conducting reviews and inspections, resolving any security issues, and keeping documentation current. This position also involves coordinating with stakeholders across security and IT, investigating incidents such as data spills or system integrity issues, and leading security education efforts across teams. Essential Functions: ·       Track all assigned systems for A&A status and oversee accreditation/re-accreditation actions ·       Evaluate and approve Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documentation of assigned systems ·       Perform security control assessments and oversee execution of Continuous Monitoring Plans ·       Interface with program management, IT leadership, and functional engineering leads to developing and maintaining secure networks and implementing the best cybersecurity hygiene practices ·       Coordinate with customer security representatives and operational leadership to provide status, complete deliverables, and facilitate assessment and authorization actions ·       Ensure all systems are comprehensively monitored for anomalous activity ·       Manage the spillage response process for areas of responsibility ·       Develop new concepts or standards which make significant and impactful improvements to processes, systems, solutions, or products ·       Provide tasking and guidance to ISSO team Qualifications: ·       Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. ·       Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI ·        Willingness to submit to a full scope polygraph investigation (current polygraph preferred) ·       DoD 8570.01-M IAM II certification  Preferred Additional Skills: ·       High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills ·       Experience with networking equipment; experience interpreting vulnerability scanning results (e.g. Nessus, Rapid7, etc.); experience reviewing workstation, server, firewall, & IPS logs (e.g. Splunk); experience with SIEM, DLP, and/or UBA tools ·       Graduate degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline from an accredited college or university ·       Experience as an ISSO or ISSM managing cybersecurity on classified systems under multiple agencies’ JSIG, NISPOM Ch8, ICD 503, and/or NIST 800-53 implementations ·       Experience developing, managing, and providing evidence to close POA&Ms associated with the A&A and project management processes ·       Experience with diverse workstation and server operating systems, including but not limited to Microsoft and Linux offerings ·       Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills, customer relationship building skills, analytical skills and ability to lead/mentor teams ·       Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gain team consensus ·       Excellent time management and task prioritization skills ·       Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities #LI-FS1
