We are what you’re looking for.    The Role    Are you ready to take the reins and make a real impact?     DailyGrain and Marketplace is an online grain trading tool, bringing transparency and value to WA growers when selling their grain.    We're looking for a driven and innovative individual to join our vibrant online platform in a fast-paced, start-up environment.    In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape your own path, make quick decisions, and influence a wide range of stakeholders. As a key player in our small product unit, you'll drive sales and have the opportunity to grow your own revenue stream, build your own team, and create your own structure. You'll be championing a proven product to an engaged user base, making a tangible difference every day.    If you're passionate about innovation, can deliver results in dynamic settings, and want to make a real impact in the agriculture industry, we’d love to hear from you.    This role is offered on a fixed term basis until September 2026, based in the Perth CBD offices.      Responsibilities include:    Oversees day-to-day operations, full product lifecycle, and strategic guidance, ensuring alignment with IT and business objectives  Builds trust through positive relationships, gathers feedback, negotiates priorities, and advocates for the product at events to drive membership and engagement  Provides strategic input on marketing campaigns to amplify stakeholder engagement and boost product adoption  Collaborates across teams to lead product development, UX design, investment appraisals, and customer testing, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation      About You:    Tertiary qualification in business or business development, or a combination of equivalent work experience  A dynamic leader who thrives in evolving conditions, steering teams to success   Proven experience in digital product strategy, marketing, user experience, and lifecycle execution  Extensive experience driving sales and engaging customers to enhance product adoption and satisfaction  Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions, coupled with top-notch problem-solving skills  Committed to accountability, learning, and personal growth, while embodying CBH’s core values and embracing change      Why work with CBH?   Work with meaning and being part of something bigger   Play a critical role in moving WA’s grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
