Description

We’re looking for a GTM Analytics Manager to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of data analysts to measure the performance and health of our global GTM organization by developing scalable reporting, dashboards, and insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, C&A, Sales Engineering and GTM leadership to define key metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to optimize go-to-market execution. You’ll use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Clari) to communicate insights clearly and drive strategic decisions across the business. Success in this role begins with a short-term priority of achieving zero defect reporting, and evolves toward a mid- to long-term objective of driving clear, incremental revenue impact for Datadog.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build dashboards and reporting to track GTM performance, pipeline health, and sales efficiency
  • Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations
  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, prioritizing growth, mentorship, and long-term development
  • Analyze trends, segment performance, and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Sales to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights to support business reviews, forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to present findings in a clear and compelling way for executive and operational audiences
  • Engage with field teams to understand needs and workflows to drive innovation, maximize adoption, and optimize the user experience
  • Build scalable analytical frameworks that grow with the business and improve the accessibility and reliability of performance data
  • Influence decision-making by proactively providing data-driven recommendations and highlighting the business impact of key trends
