POSITION SUMMARY…

The Manager, Data Analytics supports the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include pricing, promotional strategies, market analysis, web analytics, and reporting, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive insights and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of expert experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of direct reports.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and self-serve reporting platforms (Looker)

Responsibilities
  1. Lead vision of how each stakeholder’s digital performance should be monitored and tracked
    2.Ensure methodology of KPIs is business relevant and accurate from an implementation perspective
    3.Proactively monitor and deep dive core KPIs to identify performance or implementation gaps
    4.Establish reliable centralized self-serve reporting for stakeholders with continuous evolution
    5.Influence stakeholders with tactical insights that drive GMV and customer NPS lift
    6.Drive best in class stakeholder engagement with analytics troubleshooting, ad-hoc requests and deep dives
    7.Manage relationship with cross-functional partners to ensure digital performance data requirements are met (Data Science, BI, Adobe Implementation, Cx Insights)
    8.Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and priorities (Category, CCX, Mrk, MP, Tech/Transform, WMC, Omni)
    9.Manage vendor relationship to ensure deliverables are met (Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Claravine)
