About the Job As a Data Manager, you will be the strategic partner to business leaders, transforming complex data into a competitive advantage. You will own the vision for our analytics capabilities, leading the development of insights that directly shape business strategy and drive growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle complex business problems, shape the data culture of the company, and grow into a senior leadership position within a dynamic industry.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership•    Partner with key stakeholders to define and own the data analytics roadmap, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned with business objectives.•    Proactively identify opportunities where data can drive efficiency, improve performance, and uncover new insights to support decision-making. End-to-End Solution Delivery & Execution•    Lead the full lifecycle of data product development—from requirements gathering and design to development, validation, and deployment of dashboards and reports.•    Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support sustainable data project deployments.•    Manage relationships and collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of data solutions. Team Development & Mentorship•    Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members to elevate the team's technical skills and business acumen, fostering achievement of common objectives.•    Champion data literacy across the organization by providing training and ongoing support to business users on self-service visualization and reporting tools. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record (6+ years) in leading data analytics projects, with at least 2 years in a role involving direct stakeholder management or team guidance. Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and transformation. Expert-level experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Solid hands-on development experience with cloud data integration and pipeline tools such as Alibaba DataWorks, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks. Experience in Python or R for data analysis is a strong advantage. Prior experience in supply chain management or the retail/luxury (e.g., jewelry) sector is highly desirable.
