KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

1. Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent; certified CDMP, Informatica, and Azure Fundamentals professional.
2. Advanced knowledge of metadata registries, data catalogs, stewardship models, and data privacy frameworks.
3. Proficient with industry-leading platforms: Informatica Suite (Axon, EDC, IDQ, DDM), Collibra, Azure Purview, IBM Cloud Pak, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle OBIEE, Apache Hive.
4. Skilled in the creation and deployment of quality metrics, issue tracking, scoring models, and remediation analytics.
5. Proficient in data architecture concepts including Data Vault, Star Schema, SCD implementations, and versioned lineage tracking.
6. Experienced in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps-aligned project delivery using JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Git-based CI/CD systems.

EXPERIENCE

1. 8+ years of experience in data governance, data engineering, or data management, with a proven ability to lead enterprise data initiatives.
2. Strong expertise in implementing data governance frameworks, including metadata management, data lineage, quality rules, and business glossaries.
3. Hands-on experience with governance tools such as Axon, EDC, IDQ, Collibra, and Azure Purview.
4. Solid background in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data warehouse solutions using platforms like Informatica, WhereScape, Apache Airflow, and Azure Data Factory.
5. Familiarity with modern data ecosystems including Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.
6. Experience integrating governance with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and OBIEE.
7. Exposure to regulated industries such as banking, government, or telecom, with understanding of data privacy and compliance practices.
8. Skilled in working within Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project and stakeholder management.
