Location: Sydney-based role On-site Requirement: 3-4 days in the office per week Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential. What’s the role? As a Manager, Data Quality, your role will focus on supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of data quality and migration initiatives across the UNITE program. You will bring together business analysis, data analysis, and delivery coordination to ensure remediation, rule interpretation, and profiling activities are completed efficiently across technology, operations, and business teams. You will be responsible for analysing data quality issues, interpreting profiling outputs to identify root causes, and guiding remediation pathways. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will translate technical data concepts into clear, accessible language while managing competing priorities in a complex migration environment. What do I need? Strong background in data quality, business or data analysis, or delivery roles across data, migration, banking, or regulatory uplift environments. Experience working with regulatory, customer data, or KYC/FinCrime contexts, with the ability to navigate compliance‑driven settings. Proven ability to collaborate with technology teams (including ETL and Informatica) and operational groups such as IDV, remediation, and data operations. Exposure to large‑scale data migration or transformation programs, contributing to structured planning and delivery. Advance documentation and governance capability, including preparing requirements, traceability materials, approval packs, structured decision records, and governance artefacts. Why join us?
