ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a manager to join the Intact Lab – Data Science team in the AI in Operations family!
This role particularly aims at supporting the development and deployment of AI models for our personal lines operations across the different provinces.
This is a temporary position lasting approximately 12 months.

What you’ll do here:

• Help build the industry’s best data science team by keeping our specialists motivated and engaged in a fast-paced, agile environment and helping them grow their careers.
• Collaborate with partners across the company to develop our AI vision, identify and prioritize AI use cases and implement solutions. In particular, help develop the generative AI roadmap in personal lines.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team in developing and deploying the personal lines data hub.
• Oversee and optimize annotation resources for all teams that support personal lines operations.
