Your Role: As the Manager Data Team, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to accelerate the drug discovery pipeline for our customers. Your expertise in bioinformatics will be crucial as you lead the organization, integration, and analysis of complex biological and clinical datasets. You will develop and enhance a computational platform that supports the discovery of new medicines and the characterization of our Organoid biobank. Your hands-on approach to executing data projects will be complemented by your coaching responsibilities for a talented team of data scientists. You will ensure the integrity, accessibility, and security of data that drives our research innovation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will tackle a diverse array of biological datasets to uncover novel healthcare insights.
