As a Manager, Data Science, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer and help drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. You will be responsible for developing new capabilities including enhancing our marketing measurement and optimization frameworks and delivering actionable insights that inform and optimize marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is an expert in data science with experience in marketing analytics and working in diverse and cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between data, technology, and people.
