JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities include:
· Analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to recommend improvements through data analysis and automation.
· Utilize machine learning and statistical modeling to predict, assess, and forecast HR trends such as colleague turnover and recruitment strategies.
· Conduct sentiment analysis on colleague surveys and other qualitative data to gauge colleague engagement and experience.
· Apply data-driven approaches to optimize and improve various HR strategies, programs, and processes (e.g., talent acquisition, learning & development).
· Collaborate with various partners across HR and Platforms & Technology to integrate data insights into day-to-day HR operations.
· Ensure HR data integrity and compliance by adhering to data accuracy, privacy, and compliance standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
· Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
· Extensive experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
· Advanced knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., machine learning algorithms, data modeling) with experience in predictive modeling and AI applications, as well as familiarity with natural language processing (NLP)
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
· Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., Workday), data governance and privacy, and/or knowledge of HR practices, colleague lifecycle, and workforce analytics an asset
