Description

Set clear Data Science direction and approach on respective initiatives that align and support business deliverables for PQ pillar Build Team Capability: Mentor team members, develop skills, and foster collaboration. Drive Execution: Manage project timelines, remove impediments, and ensure quality outcomes. Integrate Technology: Optimize processes and enable predictive insights through data systems and technology. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with peers, senior and mid-level management to implement scalable solutions. Leadership: Effectively lead and present to small and large groups, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement. Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in Quality-related projects. Proven track record in data science methodologies, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with hands-on experience in Generative AI/LLM projects. Familiarity with processes, systems, and solutions in the semiconductor industry (mandatory). Experience in statistical modeling, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning. Proficiency in Python, R, and ability to generate UI. Experience with data platforms such as GCP and Snowflake. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management. Ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior and mid-level management. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead and present to small and large groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and adaptable to changing business needs.
