This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-wide data initiatives and shape the organization’s data strategy. The Manager, Data Solutions will design and optimize scalable data warehouse and data lake architectures, integrating AI/ML capabilities and cloud-native technologies to support analytics and business intelligence. You will manage a dedicated Data Solutions team, mentor talent, and ensure alignment of data systems with business goals. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience implementing data governance and security policies. You will act as a key advisor to stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable, secure, and scalable data solutions. \n Accountabilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehouses and data lakes to enable real-time analytics and business intelligence. Manage a Data Solutions team, providing mentorship, performance guidance, and professional development. Serve as a technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions. Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise data solutions and oversee cloud-native strategies. Implement and enforce data governance, quality, and security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CMMC). Collaborate with business and IT teams to align data strategies with organizational objectives. Oversee the deployment and optimization of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and self-service analytics. Requirements Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data warehouse/lake design. 1–3 years of leadership experience managing data-focused teams or projects. Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT tools, data APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). Experience with Salesforce data integration, architecture, and API usage. Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for building interactive dashboards and visualizing enterprise data. Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and large-scale data storage solutions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. Preferred: expertise in cloud architecture (Azure Data Factory), API development, data governance, and security compliance.
