Job Purpose: Integral role within the Minor Foods CRM & Customer Analytics Team (Corporate Marketing), whose function is: Responsible for the Minor Food’s 1st party data management. Align data initiatives with business goals such as personalization, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Own the data product lifecycle — from ideation and requirement gathering to design, delivery, and iteration. Define and manage data SLAs (accuracy, freshness, latency) and perform data validation. Conduct customer data analysis to uncover insights that drive business strategies, segmentation, and personalization efforts. Translate business questions into clear data requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineering, and Data Architecture teams to implement validation, monitoring, and governance frameworks. Partner with Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance with data-privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA, etc.). Main Responsibilities: Define and maintain the Minor Food customer data dictionary to standardize business definitions and metrics. Oversee data model design and documentation, maintaining consistency across systems. Ensure accuracy, freshness, and usability of data for analytics and campaign activation. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth data pipelines and integrations with POS, loyalty, and marketing systems. Monitor data quality, resolve issues proactively, and continuously improve data operations. Leverage customer data to perform analytical deep-dives, identify behavioral patterns, and support targeted marketing and retention strategies. Collaborate with brands, data team and other related parties to understand the business requirement, ensure the correctness of data source. Proven success delivering high quality user experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience orchestrating end-to-end functionality in an enterprise environment where different teams own different systems is a big plus. Ability to apply strategic frameworks to evaluate concepts and to make well-thought through decisions on the problems to invest time and resources against. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. 8+ years in data product, analytics, or data management roles. Proficiency in SQL and Excel, Strong at transforming data models into meaningful insights and designing data collection structures to enhance reporting and analytics. Experience defining data SLAs, managing data dictionaries, and coordinating with data engineering teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PDPA). Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and marketing automation platforms. Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO) or data management is a plus Not the right fit?
