POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Manager, Data & Systems to lead our data strategy, analytics, and systems infrastructure—while managing and mentoring a high-performing team. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our data is clean, trusted, and actionable, and that our key platforms—including Salesforce—are optimized to support organization-wide decision-making.
The ideal candidate blends data analytics expertise, systems architecture knowledge, and team leadership skills. You will oversee data pipelines, automation strategies, and reporting frameworks, while also driving adoption, governance, and integration of enterprise tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10+ years’ experience in data management, analytics, and enterprise reporting.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining enterprise datasets and dashboards.
• Experience managing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python, proficiency in Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Strong understanding of system integration, automation, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, prioritize initiatives, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
