Join our next generation   Do Work That Matters - Your role and responsibilities KPMG Deal Advisory M&A Tax Team is a leading service line in KPMG Italy. We serve the M&A tax market, assisting Private Capital Houses and acquisitive corporates in their transactions.  Working on leading transactions on the market. As a team player ou will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, requiring tax competences, analytical skills, ability to think outside the box and a transaction minded attitude. Your tasks will include working on:   Tax structuring of M&A deals and debt issues; Tax due diligence assignments); Tax models preparation and review MIP structuring Analysis on complex domestic and Internations tax issues, including, but not limited to business combinations Preparation of tax rulings   Corporate restructuring;   You will be involved in domestic and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field and challenging clients.   Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:   Education and Qualifications: A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 105/110; Qualified (or in the process of qualifying) as a Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and/or Lawyer (Avvocato).     Experience, Skills and Competencies: 6+ years of experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm. Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ability to drive execution in an efficient and timely manner. Strong ability to analyse complex issues and develop well-reasoned positions independently. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proven experience in leading, mentoring and developing junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. Excellent command of the English language.
