We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to manage the development and evolution of custom-built decision support applications. This role blends product ownership, data visualization leadership, and UI/UX strategy to deliver intuitive, high-impact tools that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a manager, decision intelligence and experience design, you will Lead the design and implementation of compelling, actionable visualizations that simplify complex data. Establish and promote best practices for data storytelling, dashboard design, and visual standards. Drive user-centered design across all decision support tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and engagement. We'd love to hear from people with: 7+ years of experience in product management, data visualization, or UI/UX design. 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in analytics or decision support environments. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools (e.g., Figma). Demonstrated success as a transformative leader, driving modernization of platforms and tools. Experience leading platform migrations or redesigns, with a focus on scalability and innovation. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical and design requirements. Experience building internal decision support tools or enterprise applications.
