Description
Lead and manage data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to support data analysis and decision-making. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes. Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. In your role as a Decision Science manager, you will: Own a distinct domain and be responsible for end outcomes Plan and execute long-term projects from start to finish Drive end-to-end processes with partners across many organizations Work with product and platform teams to develop cutting edge, scalable and safe products, to enhance the experience for our global customers Measure performance against KPIs and goals Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and peers across the company and share updates with senior leaders in a clear manner Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree or above in one of the following: economics, finance, engineering, exact sciences, etc. (MBA - an advantage) 8+ years of work experience in relevant positions (e.g. Decision scientist, data analyst, statistician, data scientist, FP&A, product/process manager, risk management, army intelligence units) Technical orientation; Experience in SQL / R / Python / other programming language - a must Quick-thinker, fast learner, wide general knowledge, problem solver
