Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that align with our client’s values and business objectives.
- Lead the design, administration, and analysis of annual employee engagement surveys; develop action plans based on feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement programs that enhance employee morale, recognition, and retention.
- Organize and oversee events and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee connections.
- Please note you will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement, DEI, or related HR roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement and DEI programs.
- Strong understanding of current DEI best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable plans.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops.
