We have a clear plan of what we need to do and want you to help lead that journey.   The Technology & Delivery team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper’s core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s Strategy.   This is an opportunity to play a hands‑on role in strengthening risk practices across a critical technology and delivery portfolio during a period of continued change.   The role This role supports the Technology & Delivery portfolio by embedding strong first‑line risk management practices and enabling informed, timely decision‑making. You will work closely with leaders and teams to ensure risks are identified, assessed, managed and monitored effectively.   Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the operation of the risk management framework across Technology & Delivery. * Coordinating and contributing to risk assessments aligned to enterprise frameworks. * Managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of incidents, including investigation, documentation and follow‑up. * Monitoring and tracking risk treatment plans and agreed actions. * Maintaining accurate risk information for reporting and governance. * Preparing clear risk, incident and treatment status reporting.   About you You bring experience in risk, assurance or control‑focused roles and apply risk frameworks pragmatically in a complex, regulated environment. You are organised, detail‑focused and confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. You will also bring: * Experience supporting risk assessments, incidents, issues and action tracking. * Strong follow‑through skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * An interest in continuing to develop risk management capability and professional judgement. * Knowledge of financial services or superannuation regulation (desirable). * Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional accreditation (desirable).   What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
