JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Manager, Dental Hygiene Talent Acquisition to lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies designed to attract and retain top dental hygiene talent across Canada. In this role, you will set the vision and pathway for how we engage, source, and build relationships with Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs), ensuring a consistent and sustainable pipeline of qualified professionals to meet the needs of our practices nationwide.
You will collaborate closely with senior clinical leadership to design innovative recruitment plans, strengthen our employer brand within the dental community, and develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional associations. This position is highly strategic in nature, with responsibility for building long-term talent attraction strategies while also providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to recruitment staff.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare, clinical, or professional services sectors.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Human Resources Professional designation (CPHR) considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
