Experience

• Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
• Experience in managing food production processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Familiarity with bar operations including bartending skills such as mixing drinks and managing bar stock.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills.
• Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary arts, and hotel management practices is preferred.
