[What the role is] The Manager / Deputy Manager of the Student Services and Fundraising Department works closely with the ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to support the overall student development and recognition of ITE students. He / She reports to an Assistant Director. [What you will be working on] Work closely with the Fundraising team in identifying funding needs and developing relevant programmes and campaigns. Scan, research, strategise and cultivate positive relationships with a network of donors from a variety of sources, including individuals, corporations and foundations. Develop fundraising proposals and deliver presentations. Communicate and promote ITE’s mission, vision and programmes to external stakeholders and potential donors. Donor Management – maintain and update records and liaise with different business units within ITEHQ and Colleges on administrative functions and processes. Provide detailed reports to the Donors with respect to the utilisation of donations. Provide support and insights to areas of work under Student Services, which include data maintenance, data processing, etc. [What we are looking for] Suitable credentials in management, marketing, communications or public relations may be advantageous. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to details, with high standard of numeracy and budgeting skills. Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities. Adaptable and flexible in juggling multiple projects and working under pressure.
