Job Title: Manager, Digital and eCommerce – Parts and Service

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital and eCommerce Manager will work with the Parts and Services, IT teams and Digital Marketing teams to support the B2B and B2C eCommerce customer experience, digital communications, analytics, and general marketing support for the parts and aftermarket service business. This revenue centric role will be responsible for driving profitable growth on Environmental Solutions (ES) eCommerce platforms and deliver revenue accountable communications strategies via digital channels. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of parts marketing projects, and communications tactics to support parts sales goals.
Your role will work cross functionally with parts sales, service, whole goods digital marketing, parts product management, engineering functions and IT to achieve our objectives.
This position must be filled by someone who has a passion for Aftermarket products, an understanding of B2B eCommerce strategy and tactics, digital marketing, User Experience design and methodology and who will build in-depth company knowledge. A “can do” attitude, ability to multi-task and excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
