Responsibilities

Drive the successful implementation of the Sentinel stage gate process, along with robust project management structures and discipline. Foster strong partnerships with technical, sales, MARCOM and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Collaborate closely with third-party vendors and agencies to effectively deliver project outcomes.

Team and Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a product marketing team by implementing a structured project management approach and fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and accountability:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers and Specialists.
  • Collaborate with the portfolio manager to develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline roadmap for approved ideas, ensuring the involvement of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely execution of agreed-upon priorities
  • Coordinate with the portfolio manager to schedule the board review, presenting the ideas and collected inputs to facilitate decision-making.
  • Conduct regular project progress meetings with key stakeholders, including risk assessments, and promptly communicate any risks or delays to the direct line manager or portfolio manager.
  • Collaborate with and support the Marcom, commercial excellence team by providing necessary inputs for sales packages, website content, and promotional material readiness.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the global product marketing strategy, which include:
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Product Positioning, pricing and Messaging
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
  • Explore Possibilities to test idea with potential customer and get their feedback
  • Post launch customer/sales feedback
  • Digital Capabilities
  • Lead initiatives to introduce digital capabilities in water diagnostics and other product ranges
  • Utilize data analytics and digital tools to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.
  • Growth of product lines Revenue:
  • Grow product lines in existing & new markets
  • On enterprise level monitor margins and product sales performance
  • Ownership of product discontinuity process: Publish proactively on quarterly basis in partnership with supply chain
