Responsibilities Engage and increase active customer base of MTR Mobile, drive mobility functions usage and ensure seamless customer experience across the mobile app Assist the development of product roadmap and vision of MTR Mobile, and build the mobile app and its related applications into an effective digital platform for customer experience, loyalty membership engagement, and revenue generation Drive digital channels enhancement projects to acquire new MTR Mobile customers and improve user experience Oversee user acceptance test and testing plans of digital channels enhancements Work with IT team and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and implementation of digital channels initiatives Engage internal stakeholders to understand the business needs and support marketing campaigns to drive revenue and services through digital channels Evaluate digital channels usage and performance to ensure high customer satisfaction Stay abreast of customer market dynamic and conduct research of competitors’ products and marketing campaigns Requirements Degree in Marketing / Information Technology or a related discipline A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level Strong knowledge and experience in mobile app related projects and management, able to communicate effectively with business teams, information technology teams and technical solution vendors to drive system enhancement projects Ability to work independently under pressure with strong teamwork and drive for continuous improvement Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
