Apple is looking for an experienced, dynamic leader of Product and Program Management to join the Apple Store Online Team. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.
DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will lead a high performing team that focuses on products that deliver significant commercial value for our organization and support strategic Apple initiatives. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Marcom, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers. Responsibilities: - Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences - Establish and manage technical product roadmaps, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility - Lead a team that drives the product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities - Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership - Build and lead an effective team via hiring and team skill and culture development
