Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As part of the Advisory team, the Manager, Digital Communities will be responsible for leading and managing medium to enterprise-level customers in their journey of implementing new employee experience platforms. You will act as a strategic consultant and project manager – guiding organizations through platform implementation and adoption activities, advising on internal communication and change management best practices, and driving key business objectives to ensure ongoing success.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Developing trusted customer-advisor relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive impact for their teams and businesses – we see ourselves as an extension of the customer team!
  • Leading company-wide implementations of employee experience platforms within large organizations, ensuring high adoption rates (includes facilitating workshops/trainings, managing complex project plans, leading weekly project calls, etc.).
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring all clients achieve a high level of platform adoption and derive measurable business value.
  • Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and business leaders to understand and translate their requirements into content and engagement strategies.
  • Quickly adapting to product changes and nuances, strategically communicating updates to stakeholders – you’ll be expected to become a platform expert.
  • Scheduling and organizing quarterly deep-dive strategy analyses for each client to audit campaigns, identifying problems and opportunities, and providing recommendations/action items to the consulting and sales teams.
  • Reviewing previous campaign goals to establish future objectives.
  • Leading project management efforts for platform rollouts, including developing detailed project plans, creating timelines, and managing resources to ensure successful implementations.
  • Ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Overseeing change management initiatives related to platform adoption, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and supported throughout the transition process.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Delivering regular business reviews; communicating recommendations and insights by measuring ROI, analyzing trends, and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
