Job Description Rockwell Automation is hiring! We are looking for a Manager, Digital Consulting. Based in Australia, you will lead project teams in delivering high-impact consulting engagements. You will play a key role in client delivery, team development, and engagement execution, being a bridge between strategy and implementation. You will oversee daily project execution while mentoring junior team members and maintaining trusted client relationships. You will bring structure and leadership to complex workstreams, deliver client-ready outputs, and ensure our standards of excellence are upheld across every phase of delivery. Your Responsibilities: 1. Client Project Delivery: Manage workstreams or full projects with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and results. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and course-correct to ensure value delivery. Be a client's point of contact, translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions. Manage engagement margin, utilization, and realization against targets. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Guide Consultants and Analysts, providing structured feedback, formal performance input, and supporting professional growth. Collaborate with senior leaders to build capabilities and support organizational development initiatives. 3. Business Support: Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and sales pursuits. Identify new opportunities to expand work within existing client accounts. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field At least 8 years' consulting experience 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or mining operations, with a focus on automation and controls Ability to travel up to 50% of time Experience leading teams and project execution.
