The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in London, UK.
Location: UK, London, Capper Street. Hybrid working pattern: In-office requirement on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Option for remote working on Mondays and Fridays. Full-time hours.

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Manager, Digital Distribution and Programming will work closely with the Senior Manager and the YouTube Channel Management team to grow Hasbro’s digital presence, maximising exposure and revenue for our brands globally. The role is insights-driven, responsible for turning performance data and audience trends into actionable recommendations that shape channel strategies and guide content planning.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of a portfolio of channels, leading efforts to deliver against business goals while ensuring output is platform-first, globally consistent, and audience-focused. The Manager will also play a key role in advancing Hasbro’s digital distribution strategy for top-ranked brands across the portfolio – including Peppa Pig, Transformers, My Little Pony, Power Rangers, PJ Masks, Hasbro Gaming, Play-Doh, and Dungeons & Dragons – leveraging a deep understanding of Hasbro’s business verticals, the competitive landscape, and evolving platform trends.
This role is a great fit for someone with YouTube channel management experience as well as a wider digital marketing, streaming, or social media background, who enjoys working with data and partnering with analytics teams to inform strategy.
