The position is responsible for driving strategies to improve revenue performance, optimize channels, improve rate parity, and champion best practices defined by the regional Digital & E-commerce teams. This role is responsible for providing expert support to hotel teams, and you will serve as the foremost advocate for digital and e-commerce excellence throughout the perimeter of countries. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 3 years experience in Digital performance role Flexibility to travel within the region Strong team management skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English languages. Proficiency with Social Media software and data analysis tools Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and performance.
