Title: Manager Digital Lending Grade Level: L3 Location: Islamabad Last Date to Apply: 5th December 2025 What is Manager Digital Lending? The Manager – Digital Lending (Merchant Eco-System)will be responsible for managing and growing JazzCash’s wealth product portfolio, covering digital lending. The role focuses on product operations, portfolio management, customer experience, and data-driven insights to ensure the products run smoothly and continue to add value for customers. The role reports directly to the Head of Product Development and Innovation. What does Manager Digital Lending do? 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital lending products. Prioritize enhancements based on business objectives, customer insights, and regulatory compliance. Lead strategic lending projects, including model innovation, product diversification, and process re-engineering. 2. Portfolio Management & Analytics Generate actionable insights and portfolio analytics to monitor, optimize, and forecast product performance. Design and execute data-driven optimization strategies leveraging customer behavior, risk, and market trends. Support in monitoring and tracking portfolio P&L, ensuring operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with MMBL Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product operations. Work closely with Marketing and Growth teams to drive adoption through effective campaigns and customer education. Oversee the end-to-end complaint management process, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement. 4. Technical & Process Enablement Collaborate with Technology teams to deliver system enhancements, bug fixes, and UI/UX improvements across the JazzCash ecosystem (App, USSD, Call Center). Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for technical teams. Ensure smooth integration of backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines for product scalability and automation. 5. Governance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks. Support ongoing model validation, drift monitoring, and lending performance reviews. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Digital Lending? · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. · 5–8 years of experience in digital lending, fintech, or product management, ideally within a financial services environment. · Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent). · Demonstrated experience in API-based product development, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. · Understanding of credit risk frameworks, financial modeling, and portfolio management principles.
