JOB TITLE: MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING

POSITION SUMMARY
The MNjcc is seeking a strategic, creative, and technically-savvy Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital communications and content strategy. This individual will elevate the MNjcc’s digital presence, drive audience engagement, and ensure our online platforms act as powerful lead generators and brand storytellers.
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Manager will shape how we speak to our diverse audience across web, social, and digital advertising platforms. They will lead the creation of a comprehensive social media playbook, optimize our digital advertising strategy, and apply audience segmentation techniques to improve targeting, retention, and conversion.

QUALIFICATIONS
· 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns and content strategies.
· Experience creating a social media playbook or managing a comprehensive social presence.
· Strong grasp of digital advertising platforms, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
