We’re seeking a dynamic Manager Digital & Marketing based in NYC to lead the execution of digital and marketing strategies across a designated region. You will monitor the day to day operations of the team, ensuring they are aligned with the established process. This role plays a pivotal part in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, brand awareness, corporate penetration, digital direct sales, and customer loyalty. This is a hybrid work environment and the total annual salary for this role ranges from (140k to 180k annually), along with amazing flight benefits both with Qatar Airways and oneworld Alliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the rollout of regional digital and marketing plans, including budgeting and KPI alignment Manage a regional team focused on Digital Direct, Loyalty, and Marketing Operations Ensure adherence to omnichannel strategies and optimized processes Monitor daily operations and provide regular performance reports to regional and head office leadership Collaborate with the Head of Digital & Marketing to plan and execute regional campaigns Act as the subject matter expert on digital direct for the assigned region, including activities aimed at brand awareness, corporate and leisure revenues via QR.com and all related platforms. Optimize marketing budget usage to maximize impact Develop strategies to grow loyalty membership and increase ancillary revenue Identify regional partnerships to strengthen market presence Stay ahead of emerging digital payment trends and propose enhancements. Reduce reliance on paid media by boosting direct traffic and owned media performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and digital roles Proven leadership in managerial marketing positions Strong background in corporate acquisition, partnerships, and loyalty marketing Essential Skills Expertise in digital marketing, MarTech, and strategic campaign planning Deep understanding of acquisition, conversion, and retention techniques Proficiency in digital tracking, analytics, and reporting tools Excellent managerial and coaching abilities Ability to foster collaboration and develop team capabilities Preferred Familiarity with airline industry metrics and business dynamics Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
