JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Tagging team is an integral part of the digital analytics functions and is responsible for analytics implementation in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple digital & mobile platforms and applications across many lines of business within TD Bank (AMCB).
As part of the Digital Tagging Solutions team, this position is accountable for implementation, continued integration and knowledge transfer of our analytics stack including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services and Ensighten.
As a whole, the team is responsible for extracting business and customer value from digital data. We provide automated reporting and visualization to business partners, and use advanced analytics, data science and machine learning to build data-driven solutions to deliver richer, more connected personalized experiences to our customers.

The role will oversee a group of analysts ensuring projects deliver capabilities that enable actionable insights, segmentation, and personalization capabilities.

  • Manage daily operations, prioritization activities, resourcing and overall analytics delivery of TD’s analytics stack (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services, Ensighten) and 3rd party marketing tags (DoubleClick, Rakuten, Facebook, etc.)
  • Establish short- and long-term measurement strategies and targeting capability roadmaps driven by partner-funded projects and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Represent TD as the business owner for Adobe Analytics and associated products and services, monitoring ongoing project charges, performing internal coaching and training sessions, and ensuring user access and governance is upheld.

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) Graduate’s degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or
  • 5+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted
  • Technical Skills: HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services, Ensighten
  • Expertise in analytics implementation using a combination of data layer, processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite configuration, custom JavaScript, JSON and applicable integrations with other systems.
