Overview Digital TMX Manager – Total Rewards Location: Davie, FLReports To: VP, Total Rewards About This Role The Digital TMX Manager will revolutionize how Team Members experience Total Rewards across all Seminole Hard Rock properties. This newly created position addresses critical gaps in digital communications infrastructure and serves as the architect of a seamless, personalized digital experience for benefits, wellness, and Total Rewards information. You'll build the foundation for how thousands of Team Members access, understand, and engage with their compensation and benefits—transforming complex HR information into intuitive, accessible digital experiences. This role bridges the gap between technology, communications, and employee experience, with a forward-thinking mandate to build systems with AI and automation capabilities for the future of work. Responsibilities What You'll Do Build the Digital Communications Infrastructure Design and maintain a centralized content repository encompassing the complete Total Rewards lifecycle: Open Enrollment materials (guides, FAQs, decision support tools, presentations) New hire onboarding resources and benefits orientation materials Property-specific communication kits tailored to unique workforce needs Annual compliance notices (HIPAA, CHIPRA, WHCRA, Medicare Part D) Plan documents (SPDs, SBCs, policy books) with version control Vendor transition communications and change management materials Policy updates (ACA, eligibility rules, leave programs, dependent verification) Wellness campaigns, health challenges, and monthly newsletters Ad hoc communications for mid-year changes and time-sensitive updates Leave of absence policies and procedures Design Intuitive User Experiences Partner with the Total Rewards team and IT stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces for digital portals, mobile applications, and integrated platforms Ensure accessibility, personalization, and mobile-first design across all digital touchpoints Create multi-channel distribution strategies (email, QR codes, digital signage, mobile apps, pre-shift briefings) Translate complex benefits information into clear, engaging, visually compelling content Lead Automation & Intelligent Distribution Collaborate with technical teams to implement automated workflows for: Content versioning and approval routing Document expiration alerts and compliance tracking Push notifications and personalized content delivery Dynamic messaging based on property, role, eligibility, and life events Build with an AI-first mindset to leverage emerging technologies for enhanced personalization and efficiency Ensure Governance & Compliance Maintain brand voice consistency and tone across all Total Rewards communications Navigate complex approval workflows involving Employee Communications, Legal, and HR Operations Track document lifecycle, maintain audit trails, and monitor distribution metrics Stay current on regulatory requirements for benefits communications and ensure full compliance Serve as Strategic Partner & Liaison Collaborate with Property HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, and business leaders to align messaging with operational realities Support HR Leaders in benefits readiness sessions and change management initiatives Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements in the digital experience Act as the voice of the Team Member in system design and content strategy decisions Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed Required Experience & Qualifications 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital communications, HR technology implementation, benefits administration, or employee experience design Demonstrated success managing complex content repositories and digital communication platforms in a corporate environment Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet critical deadlines Experience navigating compliance requirements in benefits communications and regulated industries Track record of translating technical or complex information into accessible, engaging formats for diverse audiences Technical & Functional Skills Proficiency with HRIS platforms, content management systems, and digital workplace tools Understanding of UX/UX design principles and employee-centered design thinking Familiarity with automation tools and workflow management systems Comfort working with data, metrics, and analytics to measure communication effectiveness Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies Core Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed execution Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels Problem-Solving: Creative, solutions-oriented approach to addressing gaps and challenges Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities User Empathy: Deep understanding of employee needs and ability to advocate for the end-user experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, gaming, or multi-property organizations Background in employee communications or internal marketing Knowledge of benefits administration and Total Rewards programs Exposure to change management methodologies Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices Why This Role Matters You'll be filling a critical void left by legacy systems and creating the blueprint for how Seminole Hard Rock communicates with its Team Members about what matters most—their compensation, benefits, and well-being.
