Role : Manager Digital Role Overview Manager Digital is responsible for leading the development of integrated, data-led digital media strategies that translate business objectives into clear, scalable channel plans. This role plays a critical leadership function in balancing brand and performance outcomes, aligning multiple stakeholders, and ensuring digital plans are insight-driven, executable, and commercially effective. The Manager – Digital oversees planning excellence across digital ecosystems while mentoring junior planners and ensuring strong collaboration with activation, analytics, and performance teams. Key Responsibilities Digital Media Strategy & Planning Lead the development of full-funnel digital media strategies across Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic, Retail Media, and emerging digital channels. Translate business objectives into clear digital channel roles, investment allocation, and phased approaches. Oversee planning for always-on campaigns, product launches, seasonal bursts, and performance-driven initiatives. Ensure digital strategies balance brand building and performance KPIs effectively. Data-Led Strategy & Optimization Leverage performance data, audience insights, and market intelligence to shape strategic recommendations. Interpret dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports to identify trends and growth opportunities. Lead re-planning and optimization frameworks based on results and evolving business priorities. Ensure digital investments are measurable and outcome-driven. Integrated Digital Ecosystem Management Develop strategies that incorporate e-commerce, app marketing, and conversion-led digital touchpoints. Align upper-funnel awareness strategies with lower-funnel conversion and performance objectives. Manage complexity across multiple digital platforms, audience segments, and campaign objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with platform specialists, performance teams, analytics, and operations to ensure plans are realistic and executable. Align strategic recommendations with budget parameters, timelines, and platform capabilities. Provide direction and guidance to junior team members to maintain planning quality and consistency. Client & Stakeholder Management Lead responses to client briefs with clear strategic rationale and investment logic. Present digital strategies, planning frameworks, and performance narratives confidently to stakeholders. Support ongoing plan reviews, performance discussions, and strategic roadmap development. Key Capabilities & Skills Strong expertise in digital media strategy and performance planning. Deep understanding of digital channel roles across the full consumer journey. Ability to connect business objectives with measurable digital KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, awareness metrics, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting complex performance data. Structured thinking with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Leadership capability with experience mentoring junior team members. Basic Requirements 4–6+ years of experience in digital media planning, strategy, or performance marketing. Proven experience developing integrated digital strategies across multiple channels. Experience handling complex or large-scale advertiser accounts preferred. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel / Google Sheets. Bachelor’s degree required.
