As Marketing and communication Manager with digital marketing experience you will lead, plan and implement the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
Great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles are core strengths needed. As an excellent communicator and with experience in managing different marketing ventures, this role will offer plenty of opportunities to experiment.
The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its stake holders & the business.
The expectation is to excel in;
Implementation of marketing strategies.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (events, digital, social, print etc.)
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Nurture interested prospects, and accelerate development of them into customers.
Collaborate with the sales departments to develop online strategies that increase company and brand awareness.
Collaborate with Business Line managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to General Manager.
